Încă de la înființarea companiei noastre, ne-am concentrat pe dezvoltarea unor relații puternice cu clienții noștri și pe angajarea celor mai buni specialiști de pe piață. Ne mândrim că suntem un ghișeu unic pentru orice tip de proprietate. Acest lucru ne-a permis să dublăm anual portofoliul clienților noștri și mp deserviți. Pentru a continua să oferim servicii de cea mai înaltă calitate, investim continuu în formarea și dezvoltarea echipei noastre.

Aceste activități ne-au permis să construim o bază solidă pentru echipa noastră. Ne-au ajutat să înțelegem mai bine punctele forte și punctele slabe ale fiecăruia și să învățăm cum să lucrăm împreună mai eficient.

Credem că abilitățile noastre de lucru în echipă sunt unele dintre cele mai importante instrumente pe care le avem în afacerea noastră. Ele ne ajută să comunicăm mai bine, să rezolvăm problemele mai eficient și să ne sprijinim reciproc în activitatea noastră.

TOMESCU CONSTANTIN

With a bachelor’s degree in management studies, Master in International Law and European Legislation, at Police Academy, graduate of the National Defense Academy and National Internal Affairs College of the Police Academy, having a Cambridge degree in business administration, he followed a carrier spanning over 15 years in Anchor Grup, developing the first commercial centers in Romania and focusing on further investments that attracted over 800 million EUROs to the local market and created over 10.000 jobs.

He founded BMF GRUP in 2011 and since holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Founding Member and President of the Academy for Property and Facility Management, institution aiming to promote and develop the property and Facility Management field in Romania, founding member of Asociatia Bucuria celor Necajiti, a charity aiming to help those in need, especially children and medical cases.

Vicepresident of the World Smart City Organisation.

TOMESCU GABRIEL

CEO BMF With an entrepreneurial background and technical engineer studies with the Bucharest Polytechnical University, and with a bachelor’s degree in business management, his career is closely linked to the development of BMF Grup. 

He is a member of the Board of Directors of BMF GRUP and Vice-Preisident since 2011. In 2017 he was appointed CEO of BMF GRUP. Founding Member and President of the Academy for Property and Facility Management, institution aiming to promote and develop the property and Facility Management field in Romania, founding member of Asociatia Bucuria celor Necajiti, a charity aiming to help those in need, especially children and medical cases. 

With active involvement in the fight against climate change, and the reduction of the carbon dioxide footprint by implementing an efficient management of utilities and consumption of solutions within the facilities served.

TOMESCU CATALINA

Possessing strong financial knowledge, accounting, economic and financial studies were some of the assets that made to her appointment as Financial Director of BMF GRUP in 2011, a position she held until 2015 when she was promoted to CFO. She is also deputy CEO of the Group.

LEONARD DOGARU

With a strong entrepreneurial background, he started a small maintenance company at a time when maintenance was a very niched market.He graduated BusinessAdministration faculty and is also one of the founding members of the Academy for Property and Facility Management. He managed the company – Caro Maintenance – for over 10 years. In 2011 he joined the BMF GRUP project and since holds the positions of Vice-President and member of the board.

ALEXANDRU DUMINICA

Law graduate with a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Copenhagen, he was an integral part of the development department of Anchor Grup for 5 years managing acquisitions and investments. Starting in 2010 he managed a foreign private real estate and commercial investment portfolio in Bucharest for the following 3 years. Since 2011 he holds the position of Vice-President of BMF GRUP and member of the board
